RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REPAIRS

If you need a resize, repair or want to add to an existing piece, we're ready to make it perfect for you!

CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALES - no returns or exchanges on Sale items
ALL CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED JEWELRY IS HANDMADE TO ORDER AND THEREFORE FINAL SALE
RETURNS: If you are for some reason unsatisfied with your piece, please contact us so we can make it right. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days upon receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and its original packaging. The BUYER is responsible for all return shipping costs and all included materials received from Miriam Quijano Designs must be included. Once initiated, your return needs to be shipped within 2 weeks. Returns sent after 2 weeks of initiation will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Once initiated your return needs to be shipped within 2 weeks.

REPAIRS - I understand that accidents happen! Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order (buyer will be responsible for shipping cost). Please attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired. Once past 30 days, there will be a $10 repair fee.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES - Miriam Quijano Designs is not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, and stolen packages. Please contact your local post office immediately. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. If your order is qualified for a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
